Ms. Norah Ikoh
An experienced marketing specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the media and banking industry; Norah Ikoh is the Head, CX Operations at Kuda Microfinance She decided to take customer experience personally about three years ago, leaving the marketing field to actively manage and deliver exceptional service to customers,She is responsible for end-to-end customer operations and onboarding strategy.
In her career, she has performed a variety of roles ranging from online marketing, service delivery and project management. Norah is an active member of the Rotary Club and an enthusiastic connector of people and ideas.
Norah earned a diploma in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from University of Lagos. She’s currently running an MBA in business administration at Nexford University.
